My name is Luiza and I love cooking and eating. You know, in case you didn’t notice.
I also love ducks. I mean, they’re kinda like the Ringo Starr of the animal kingdom. No one really cares about them until they taste some gorgeous magret de canard. Plus, ducks are one of the few species capable of flying, swimming and walking and still suck at all three things. That’s why I think they’re so adorable. And delicious.
My other interests involve stuff like wondering about how can Mike Patton be in so many bands/music projects at once and still make amazing music in all of them.
And well… since this is an about page I suppose I should say something about me instead of going in circles with silly considerations. I don’t really like to write about myself, but here it goes. So yeah, I’m brazilian, I grew up in Italy, had a brief stint in the US when I was 18. Now, at 25 years old I’m living in Germany with my gorgeous boyfriend Pedro. Quite trip! I suppose that’s where my obsession for flavor comes from. Every place has changed my palate a bit, so I’m willing to try pretty much anything these days. You know, unless it’s something that combines peanuts and sugar – yes, I hate peanut butter. Oh, and most offal. Other than that… it’s fair game.
